The Flying Trunk Dark Ride
The Flying Trunk is Tivoli’s signature attraction based upon the fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen. Built in 1993, the dark ride needed a make over.
The facade was re-designed, a clockwork was added and a new, open front with animated figures and a statue of Hans Christian Andersen in a trunk. Inside the attraction the animated figures were refurbished and all scenes were touched up and new sets and decorations were added. New light design was developed, and a brand new musical score was introduced. The enhancement ensures that The Flying Trunk will remain a classic Tivoli attraction for generations to enjoy. |
